HyperGuest is a distribution channel that enables direct connectivity between the Hotel or Vacation Rentas with Travel Providers worldwide (Agencies, Consortia, specialist OTAs, Group Bookings, etc.) by facilitating the booking process, enlarging the distribution mix, reducing cost of distribution and increasing margins.
There is no cost for using the HyperGuest platform – neither set up, transaction or minimum fee is charged. You pay a commission directly to the travel provider only for confirmed reservations. The level of commission is decided by you, and will be lower than major OTA, Wholesalers or GDS systems. Still this gives the travel provider a higher margin than these other platforms, since they are buying directly from you.
The commission value you determine may distinguish between various travel providers or categories of providers, based on your preferences.
No fixed or entry cost. To access the marketplace is totally free, you pay travel providers only on effective reservations confirmed.
By connecting through Dingus, in the same way you are managing the distribution with the major OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc. The two way connectivity means that reservations are delivered directly to the hotel systems, avoiding manual effort and complex processes.
The onboarding process is easy and fast. We can support independent properties or large groups and facilitate the process based on the needs of the Accommodation provider. All policies and commissions can be managed at the group (or property) level, making it easy to deploy and control.
The HyperGuest Marketplace works in total transparency. Anyone from the demand side can book and the information (booker and traveler) are available. You determine which travel provider (or categories of partners) are enabled, and at which commission and policies. Rate parity cases can be easily mitigated by blocking or contacting the partner directly.

No. The marketplace is open once you define the terms and rates, and there is no need to pre-contract with the HyperGuest sellers. However, HyperGuest is also an excellent (and free) way to do business with your contracted partners directly and without added fees or markups.
