Previously, he founded seoXprts (2009–2010) and played a pivotal role at MediaMind Technologies Inc. (2001–2009), where he served as COO, CFO, and VP of Corporate Development, contributing to its successful Nasdaq listing. His leadership journey also includes serving as VP of Business Development at Isramco/Equital Group (1999–2001), where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across diverse industries. Nir holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
