Nir Yaron is the visionary CEO & Co-Founder of HyperGuest, leading the transformation of the hospitality industry since its inception in 2020. A seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in travel technology, Nir has been at the forefront of industry innovation. Before founding HyperGuest, he was the driving force behind Innstant Group (2010–2019), leveraging his deep expertise to reshape the travel-tech landscape. Previously, he founded seoXprts (2009–2010) and played a pivotal role at MediaMind Technologies Inc. (2001–2009), where he served as COO, CFO, and VP of Corporate Development, contributing to its successful Nasdaq listing. His leadership journey also includes serving as VP of Business Development at Isramco/Equital Group (1999–2001), where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across diverse industries. Nir holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University.
