1. The hotel needs to ask for the XML connection with Vertical Booking to HyperGuest and provides the Hotel Code to the Support Team.
2. The Support Team prepares the room/rate-plans mapping and sends it to the property for approval.
3. When the property approves the mapping, the Support Team activates the interface between VB and HyperGuest.
