HyperGuest Activation steps

Activate the HyperGuest channel for STAAH clients

Channel mapping module:  Add Channel > Select "HyperGuest" > Save

Channel password setup:

Once the channel is added, you will see the channel tile on the channel mapping page under 'Other Channels'.

Click on the tile to launch the channel password setup page:

  • Channel  Manager Property ID:  Prepopulated, this is the Channel Manager Property ID
  • Currency: Automatically populated with the property's currency
  • Select Room Type: Select all the room types that are required to be mapped
  • Rate Pricing Based: Room Based Pricing and Occupancy Base Pricing supported. Select pricing based on  channel setup
  • Email Notification: Enable if you want to receive booking notification from the channel
  • Enable the Channel: Check the box

Mapping: Click on ‘Map’

  • Channel  Room Name: Enter room name
  • Rate code: Required by some PMS systems for booking  delivery. It is mandatory to setup a code for all rooms in Max. Select     from the drop down or create via Setup > Property Settings > Rate Codes.
  • PMS Meal ID: Required by some PMS for booking delivery. It is mandatory to setup for all.
  • Guest     Included: Room based pricing and Occupancy based pricing. Select the number of guests and add applicable formula/     multiplier.
  • Fixed minimum stay: Channel supports flexible minimum stay. Check the box if a fixed minimum stay is required and add the value

Logs:

  • Only basic  logs indicating data pushed if push notification is not supported.
  • All logs available if push notification is supported by the channel
