HyperGuest Activation steps

Mapping process to activate HyperGuest on STAAH:

Channel mapping module: Add Channel > Select Channel > Save

Channel password setup:

• Once the channel is added, you will see the channel tile on the channel mapping page under 'Other Channels'.
• Click on the tile to launch the channel password setup page.
• Channel Manager Property ID: Prepopulated, this is the Channel Manager Property ID
• Channel Hotel ID: Obtain from the channel• Currency: Automatically populated with the property's currency
• Select Room Type: Select all the room types that are required to be mapped
• Rate Pricing Based: Occupancy Based Pricing
• Email Notification: Enable if you want to receive booking notification from Channel Manager. [By default, booking notification is sent by the channel to property]
• Enable The Channel: Check the box

Mapping: Click on ‘Map’
• Channel Room Name: Select the channel room name from the list.
• Rate Code: Required by some PMS systems for booking delivery. It is mandatory to set up a code for all rooms in Max. Select from the dropdown or create via Setup > Property Settings > Rate Codes.
• PMS Meal ID: Required by some PMS systems for booking delivery. It is mandatory to setup for all.
• Guest Included: occupancy based pricing, set formula for each that can be accommdated.
