Eshet Tours is focused on redefining how travelers build and book their vacations. With a strong presence in the market and a growing digital strategy, the company is preparing for its next evolution in 2026, centered around scale, speed, and seamless customization.
To better understand where Eshet Tours is heading, we spoke with Ronen Zeevi, CTO and CIO, about their 2026 vision, the aggregation challenges they are solving, and how they are approaching distribution differently. Here is what he shared:
The Vision
What is the North Star for Eshet Tours in 2026?
“In 2026, our North Star is to redefine the booking experience by making Dynamic Packaging Flight plus Hotel our core offering. We aim to move away from static, predefined packages toward a fluid, real time customization model. By integrating seamless flight options with a vast hotel inventory, we want to empower our customers to build their perfect vacation in a single, frictionless click, ensuring Eshet Tours remains the go to platform for personalized travel at scale.”
The Challenge
What is the biggest technology pain point you are looking to solve?
“Our primary technical hurdle is the complexity of multi vendor aggregation. Currently, the overhead of integrating and maintaining diverse supplier feeds limits our ability to scale. This fragmentation prevents us from onboarding many high quality suppliers to our website, as the manual or disparate integration processes create latency and data inconsistency. We need a solution that streamlines these connections into a unified, high performance flow, allowing us to expand our digital inventory without compromising on speed or accuracy.”
The Approach
Why did you choose HyperGuest to support this strategy?
“We chose HyperGuest because they bridge the gap between us and the properties with surgical precision. Their direct to hotel connectivity model eliminates unnecessary middlemen, which is crucial for our strategy. This partnership allows us to access exclusive room only or negotiated rates directly from hotels, improve transparency with accurate real time data from the source, and accelerate growth by solving our aggregation pain point and bringing more products to market faster.”
As Eshet Tours accelerates its dynamic packaging strategy, direct connectivity and scalable aggregation will play a central role in enabling faster growth, stronger supplier relationships, and a more seamless booking experience for travelers.
