1. Submit a Formal Request
The wholesale operator (Super Administrator) must submit a formal request to TravelNet’s technical support team:

• Email: soporte@travelnet.com.mx
• Include:
  
  • Name of the provider (HyperGuest)
  • Type of service (hotels, transfers, activities, etc.)
  • Credentials provided by HyperGuest

2. Technical Setup and Notification

• TravelNet’s technical team will register the provider’s credentials in the platform.
• The Super Administrator will be notified once the setup is complete.
• The support team will provide instructions for testing the integration with the broker and activating the provider.

3. Go-Live Approval

• After successful testing and approval by the client, the provider will be considered live and fully operational in TravelNet.
