Nir Yaron is the visionary CEO & Co-Founder of HyperGuest, leading the transformation of the hospitality industry since its inception in 2020. A seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in travel technology, Nir has been at the forefront of industry innovation. Before founding HyperGuest, he was the driving force behind Innstant Group (2010–2019), leveraging his deep expertise to reshape the travel-tech landscape. Previously, he founded seoXprts (2009–2010) and played a pivotal role at MediaMind Technologies Inc. (2001–2009), where he served as COO, CFO, and VP of Corporate Development, contributing to its successful Nasdaq listing. His leadership journey also includes serving as VP of Business Development at Isramco/Equital Group (1999–2001), where he spearheaded strategic initiatives across diverse industries. Nir holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Economics (Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. Passionate about innovation, optimization, and seamless connectivity, he is committed to redefining collaboration and efficiency in hospitality. Under his leadership, HyperGuest empowers hotels and travel providers with cutting-edge technology to drive better bookings, enhance experiences, and maximize profitability.

Marc Armengol leads HyperGuest’s global expansion and strategic partnerships, bringing over a decade of experience in hospitality and travel technology. Before joining HyperGuest, Marc spent nearly ten years at Grupo Hotusa, where he held leadership roles including Director of Sales & Distribution and Head of Distribution. His expertise in sales strategy, hotel distribution, and online business operations was honed through key roles at various hospitality organizations. Marc holds a degree in Tourism, a Master’s in Business Intelligence from EAE Business School, a PMP certification from La Salle BCN, and a Master’s in Hospitality Management & Marketing from Cornell University. His diverse expertise drives HyperGuest’s international growth, fostering strategic collaborations that enhance the travel ecosystem.

Paulo De Oliveira is an accomplished and versatile professional with 38 years of experience in several segments of the travel industry. For the past four years as a Director of Business Development at HyperGuest, he has played a key role and has been instrumental in the company development and success. Paulo's extensive experience covers leadership roles in the airline industry at American Airlines, Turkish Airlines and Korean Airlines as well as overseeing the corporate travel management of the EU - European Medicines Regulatory Agency. He also worked for WebBeds Americas, Middle-East and Africa division, heading sales, business development and customer success. He has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Business, he is performance focused and firmly believes that the L.E.A.D. pillars are key to an individual's professional success.

A proven leader in driving digital transformation and pioneering travel tech innovation for top tour operators and distribution networks. Specialized in dynamic sourcing and B2B distribution, with deep expertise in midware architecture, content normalization, and hotel mapping. Early advocate of AI and machine learning in travel, with a strong track record of leveraging emerging technologies to streamline operations, optimize conversions, and scale intelligently.
