1. The hotel opens a ticket in RoomCloud.
2. RoomCloud support team makes the configuration.
3. Once the configuration is done, the Hotel contacts HyperGuest notifying that the configuration is ready and providing RoomCloud property’s ID to HyperGuest .
4. HyperGuest team creates the property shell in HyperGuest Extranet and set up all the property’s information in the system.
