RoomCloud support team makes the configuration.
Once the configuration is done, the Hotel contacts HyperGuest notifying that the configuration is ready and providing RoomCloud property’s ID to HyperGuest .
HyperGuest team creates the property shell in HyperGuest Extranet and set up all the property’s information in the system.
