With over 45 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, Hoteles Gold is a well established chain of four hotels in Argentina known for combining authentic service with a deep understanding of its guests. As the group looks ahead, we spoke with Vanina Muratti, Owner and General Manager of the chain, to ask a few questions about their vision for 2026, the challenges they are addressing today, and how technology is shaping their approach to distribution.
What is the North Star goal for Hoteles Gold in 2026?
"By 2026, Hoteles Gold aims to be a chain recognized for creating memorable experiences, combining authentic hospitality with innovation. Our guiding star is to grow sustainably, strengthening our brand identity and leveraging technology to offer a service that is increasingly personalized, agile, and guest centric."
What is the biggest distribution or technology pain point you are looking to solve this year?
In an increasingly digital and competitive environment, one of our greatest challenges is transforming the way we distribute our hotels. We seek to simplify processes, gain visibility in new markets, and regain control of our commercial strategy, without losing focus on what we do best: welcoming and caring for our guests.
Why did you decide that HyperGuest was the right partner to help you tackle these challenges?
We chose HyperGuest as a partner because they share our vision of modernizing hotel distribution. Their technology allows us to connect directly, transparently, and efficiently with new partners, supporting us on this path of evolution, growth, and the building of long term relationships.
Looking ahead
This partnership marks an important step in Hoteles Gold’s continued evolution, combining their commitment to authentic hospitality with a more modern, controlled, and scalable distribution approach. Together, Hoteles Gold and HyperGuest are building a foundation for sustainable growth and stronger global partnerships.
