Our platform forms direct reservations with full transparency (so the hotel knows exactly who the booker is). You have full liberty to contact and communicate directly with the hotel in regards to any matter (submit special requests directly etc.).

Our communication module supports the exchange between hotel and booker. You can email or call the hotel per the contact information which is presented on each specific reservation and as generally available for each property on our platform.

Due to the nature of their business, most hotels have 24/7/365 customer service support, so you can expect a prompt reply.
