Key Takeaways
- The right incentive at the right moment beats aggressive wholesale distribution. Real performance data from our first live hotel partners shows that strategic, automated commission adjustments drive more direct bookings than throwing money at wholesale networks. Precision wins.
- Automation removes the guesswork and the bias. HyperGuest Revenue Compass continuously analyzes booking patterns and partner behavior to optimize incentives in real time. This means you're not relying on intuition or spreadsheets; you're responding to what actually converts.
- Transparency and alignment work. Hotels and OTAs that move in sync (where incentives align with actual conversion opportunity) close more deals faster. When both sides understand the "why," they commit harder.
- The old playbook doesn't work anymore. The revenue management practices hotels default to are costing them direct bookings. The webinar's "Myth vs. Truth" segment highlighted why, and the response made it clear the industry is ready for a new approach.
