AdvenTour is a leading Bulgarian travel company operating as both a tour operator and travel agency, with three distinct brands serving the outgoing travel market. From its flagship Turkey-focused brand Turkuaz to the family-oriented My Family Holiday and tour operator programs, the group has built a strong presence through a network of over 80 agencies across the country.

The Vision
How are you ensuring access to the most diverse and competitive inventory as you scale?

“Our primary focus is forging the right partnerships with innovative technology platforms such as HyperGuest so that we can ensure our clients will always have access to competitive pricing and the widest possible inventory across every destination we offer. As we scale, we're moving toward direct supply connectivity, cutting out unnecessary intermediaries and offering the benefits straight to our clients.”

The Challenge
What is the biggest distribution or technology bottleneck you are determined to solve this year?

“The biggest bottlenecks we experience are specific to the Bulgarian market - slow adoption of new technology, static rates, manual workloads, and inflated prices driven by long distribution chains and a relatively small and fragmented market size. We're determined to move beyond our dependency on traditional tour operators and DMCs, where margins are squeezed at every layer before reaching us. This year, we're committed to real-time, direct connectivity. We're also actively working on AI-driven technology to automate the offering process and reduce manual processes, so that our consultants can focus on what matters most: delivering the best possible experience to our clients.”
