What's the philosophy behind how you curate hotels and experiences?

The Challenge
What's the biggest headache in sourcing and managing inventory across so many properties?
"As our hotel portfolio grew, our distribution strategy had to evolve with it. Many hotel partners still work on static contracted rates, which limits flexibility during high-demand periods when pricing and availability shift quickly. We wanted a model that lets both our hotel partners and wówtravels maximize room nights and revenue, while giving hotels more control over their own pricing strategy. At the same time, not every hotel has a direct connectivity solution with us — we needed a technology partner that could bridge that gap."
