HyperGuest & Dubai Link
One Group, Every Piece of the Journey: Dubai Link Group Goes Direct with HyperGuest
Dubai Link Group isn't a single business, it's an ecosystem. Under one roof, the group runs a global B2B bedbank, its own booking technology, an incoming DMC, a direct-to-consumer OTA, and even a hotel it owns outright, Niu Hotel Barcelona. Headquartered in Dubai and operating across markets worldwide, the group's bet has always been that owning the full chain is how you strip friction out of travel.
We interviewed Amani Alhaj Ali, Director of Optimization & Distribution at Dubai Link Group, to talk about what ties that portfolio together, the connectivity headaches that come with running so many moving parts, and why HyperGuest is now part of the answer.
The Vision
What's the philosophy tying together bedbank, booking tech, and hotel ownership under one group?
"Our philosophy is built on a single, driving ambition: to completely reinvent and redefine the travel experience by seamlessly connecting every piece of the traveler's journey. By controlling the technology, managing wholesale distribution, and owning physical hospitality assets, we can strip away the usual friction points, elevating standards so every client, whether booking a single room or a complex corporate itinerary, gets unmatched speed, reliability, and human-centric service."
The Challenge
What's been the toughest part of keeping connectivity consistent across so many businesses?
"The ultimate challenge is moving away from fragmented, legacy distribution and avoiding the classic 'middleware bottleneck.' Balancing a global B2B bedbank, an incoming DMC, a direct-to-consumer OTA, and static/dynamic hotel contracts all at once, maintaining perfect real-time synchronization is incredibly complex. The toughest part was ensuring rapid rate changes, room availability, and diverse inventory types could flow effortlessly across all our platforms, without latency or manual mapping errors that erode our booking partners' trust."
The Partnership
Where does HyperGuest fit, and what changes now that it's live?
"HyperGuest acts as the direct, intelligent bridge that trims the fat from our distribution pipeline. By integrating their open-connectivity marketplace into our ecosystem, we establish fast, direct, and transparent relationships with supply partners without the traditional web of intermediaries. Now that it's live, the game changes completely for our team, instead of troubleshooting connectivity gaps or manual contract syncing, we can focus entirely on expanding our global supplier relationships, curating specialized inventory, and delivering optimized value to our global network of travel agencies."
We'd like to thank the Dubai Link team for the support and collaboration in bringing this partnership to life.
